Refund Policy

Our return policy extends for 14 days starting from the date you receive your item. For eligibility, a proof of purchase is required for processing and the item must remain unused, and in its original packaging. *Personalised/Custom made to order and sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable. *To initiate a return, reach out to us at kraftedblissuk@gmail.com

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide instructions regarding how and where to send your package.

 

Please note that buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Additionally, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any decrease in its value.

 

How will I receive my refund for a returned item?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will let you know regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. However please note that outbound shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are not included in the refund. Additionally, please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process the refund.

Damages/Defects
